The Greensboro Water and Sewer Rehab Investments chart represents the amount of funds invested annually
for the rehabilitation and/or replacement of water and sewer lines for fiscal years 2001-2017. Rehabilitation of
aging water lines is critical for increased flow for fire suppression and capacity for residential and commercial
service. Rehabilitation of aging sewer lines reduces the occurrences of sanitary sewer overflows.
