The Row building is typically comprised of multiple
vertical units, each with its own entrance to the street.
This building type may be organized as townhouses or
rowhouses, or can be utilized for live/work units when
           non-residential uses are permitted.
Parking is required to be located in the rear yard and
may be incorporated either into a detached garage or
in an attached garaged accessed from the rear of the
building. However, when the garage is located within
the building, it is behind living space, ensuring the front
           of the building is occupied.
