1. Minimum Pedestrian Area. Along all streets
where the area from the back of curb to the lot
line is less than 13 feet in the DX districts and
12 feet all other districts, the setback shall begin
at 13 feet in the DX districts or 12 feet in other
districts from the back of curb and extend into
the site the depth defined.
