Purpose
This Site Dedication calculator determines the amount of park and school land area required to be dedicated to the City for a proposed development. It also calculates the cash equivalent to be paid for land that is not dedicated as well as building permit fees.
How to use

Enter the total number of dwelling units of each type in the proposed development (Single-Family, Duplex, Townhome, and/or Multi-Family).

Enter the amount of Parkland to be dedicated to the City, in acres.

Enter the amount of School Site Area to be dedicated to the City, in acres.
