Article VII Definitions

Supplemental Mitigation. Mitigation required by the City which is necessary for a proposed development to meet concurrency requirements of RZC 21.29, Transportation Standards. “Supplemental mitigation” shall mean unfunded facilities, programs, projects and services that are in the City’s Transportation Facilities Plan (TFP) or Unfunded Build-out Transportation Facilities Plan (UBTFP).
