R Definitions

Right-of-Way. Land owned by a public agency and used or planned to be used as a public thoroughfare.

By: Bret Date: 10/28/2013	These provisions were removed from the code leaving only that fueling stations shall not be within 200' of a wetland, water body (except detention or retention with treatment), or a permitted water well.
