Article VII Definitions

Marina, Recreational. A private or public facility for storing, servicing, fueling, berthing, and securing of more than four motorized boats or watercraft, that includes accessory facilities for providing incidental services to users of the marina, such as fuel, food services, waste collection, etc. This does not include commercial marinas, which may provide repair services, in addition to the above services, for commercial and industrial watercraft.
