Article VII Definitions

Mobile Home. Any vehicle or similar portable structure built prior to the enactment of the National Manufactured Home Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974, designed for mounting on wheels and intended for use as a residence, except parked and unoccupied recreational vehicles, which meets the standards of the Washington Department of Labor and Industries.
