Article VII Definitions

Land Use Permit. Land Use Permits include all Type II, III, IV, V, and VI permits listed in RZC 21.43, Review Procedures, as well as the following Type I permits: Certificate of Appropriateness Level I, Shoreline Exemption, Wireless Communication Facility Permit I, and Temporary Use Permits.
