Article VII Definitions

Heavy Consumer Goods Sales, Rental, or Service. The retail sale, rental, or lease of large consumer goods or a combination of the retail sale, rental, or lease of such goods with repair and maintenance service, and the sale of replacement parts and accessories. Heavy Consumer Goods Sales or Service includes sale of items, such as furniture, hardware, lawn and garden supplies, building materials, electronics and appliances, and heating and plumbing equipment.
