Article VII Definitions

Dwelling Unit. A single unit providing complete, independent living facilities for not more than one family and permitted roomers and boarders, including permanent provisions for living, sleeping, eating, cooking, and sanitation. A mobile home, manufactured home, modular home, apartment, condominium, townhouse, single-family attached or detached house, or accessory dwelling unit is considered to a be a dwelling unit.
